Do you make custom mesh?  No, but we are open to suggestions. Please send links & images to Cari McKeenan in world.

Is there a refund or return policy? No. We will however do the best we can to rectify any issues you may have with a product.

Where are your re delivery terminals?  We currently do not have an automated system for re-deliveries. Please send a detailed notecard with your SL Name, Transaction History & any information regarding your purchase to Cari McKeenan.

Your trees are too primmy! 98.9% of all  Little Branch trees and products come with copy & modify permissions. Re-scaling down can help lower the land impact.

There are missing products in my purchase! Occasionally this will happen as we are humans and prone to imperfection. Please send a detailed notecard with your SL Name, Transaction History & any information regarding your purchase to Cari McKeenan.

• I own a business/event/land/rental/place/location, and am interested in purchasing Little Branch products en masse (in bulk). Is this possible? Yes! We offer customized landscaping packages for a discounted price for business/event/land/rental/place/location, owners. Please send a detailed notecard with your proposal to Cari Mckeenan.

• Do you have Gift Cards available? Not at this time, but we will in the future.
